You may place your order directly at www.BakersShoes.com using our secure server. Once you have added the item(s) to your shopping bag, you can start the checkout process by selecting "checkout" from your shopping bag screen.
If you prefer to order by phone, you may call the toll-free number at 877-746-3932, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customer service hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, except for major holidays.

How do I change or cancel an order?
We process your order almost immediately after it is submitted to ensure that you will receive your product in the quickest possible time. Therefore, cancellations or changes to your order are not possible. Once you receive your merchandise, you may return your unworn merchandise in the original packaging to:

What are the payment options?
For online purchases, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards that have a U.S. billing address.
We also accept debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
We do NOT accept cash, checks, money orders, prepaid gift/debit cards, international credit cards, some ATM cards or COD purchases. We also do NOT accept Bakers gift cards and store credits online at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders as applicable by state law. The tax charge is based on the state where the merchandise is being shipped.
Tax on product applicable in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.
Some states tax shipping charges as well as the purchase total. Those states are: AR, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TX, and WA.
Please note the taxes that appear on your online order are only approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

How do I make a return for exchange or refund?
We are sorry to hear that you will need to exchange or return your purchase. To ensure that we resolve this matter as quickly as possible for you, our return policy is to gladly accept unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Returns and/or exchanges can be made in store with or without a receipt, unless a manufacturer's defect is determined. Merchandise can also be returned to our warehouse. However we cannot process exchanges at the web/catalog store, only returns at this time. If you would like a different size, color, etc., just simply place a new order online at www.BakersShoes.com or over the phone at 877-SHOEWEB (877-746-3932). Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise priced $19.99 and under is final sale.
All footwear must be returned in the original packaging and shipping box with your packing slip/invoice. This is very important in order for us to be able to process your return in a timely manner.
If you believe you have a manufacturer's defect and you purchased the item from our web store, please call customer service at 866-454-2062. We will walk you through what you need to do to return the item(s).

What are your shipping methods and charges?
We offer two different methods of FedEx shipping. They are as follows:
Standard Service (Ground Shipping):
*The charge is $6.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
*Alaska and Hawaii shipments cannot go via FedEx Ground.
*Orders will arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the time they ship (excludes weekends and major holidays).
Priority Service (2-Day Air):
*For Alaska, Hawaii and the 48 continental/contiguous states, the charge is $20.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
*Orders will arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the time they ship (excludes weekends and major holidays).
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Bakers cannot ship to the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico and is NOT affiliated with Bakers stores in Puerto Rico.
