Bakers Return Policy
We have established the following policy regarding returning and/or exchanging items purchased from our website and/or catalog.
Unworn Bakers footwear may be returned with or without a receipt, within 30 days of purchase.
Returns or Exchanges to our Bakers Retail Stores
- Click on the Store Locator to find the store nearest you.
- Take your product, original packaging, and your Packing Slip/Invoice with you to the store. We will gladly process your return for credit or exchange for unworn footwear within 30 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given on worn merchandise unless a manufacturers' defect is determined.
- Clearance footwear priced $19.99 and under are Final Sale and cannot be returned to a Bakers Store.
- Refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase. You will need to have this card with you at the time of the return.
- Shipping Charges are NOT refundable.
STORE RETURNS WITH A RECEIPT
We will gladly exchange or refund unworn merchandise with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
STORE RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT
We will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit for current selling price on unworn merchandise without a receipt. Refunds will not be given on merchandise returned without a receipt or returns after 30 days from original purchase.
Returns to our Warehouse Facility
- All items must be returned unworn, within 30 days of the original packing slip, in the original shoe box and shipping container. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted. Merchandise priced less than $19.99 is considered Final Sale only. Please note that items that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.
- The packing slip contains a "Returns" section. Please note the reason for the return by writing your reason in the space provided. We cannot process exchanges at the web/catalog store, only returns. If you would like a different size, color, etc., just simply place a new order online at www.BakersShoes.com or over the phone at 877-SHOEWEB (877.746.3932)
- Place the form on top of the original shoe box inside the external shipping container.
- Pack and seal the external box (with the shoe box containing your shoes, inside) securely.

- Refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 10-15 business days (excludes weekends and major holidays) for us to process the credit to your card once we have received the items you are returning. Based on your bank processing, it may take up to three (3) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
- Shipping Charges are NOT refundable.
No Refunds on the Following
We will NOT refund shipping charges, Bakers Gift Cards, B Cards, or worn merchandise. We also do NOT accept returns on handbags and accessories without a valid receipt.
No Price Adjustments
It is Bakers store policy not to offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
