RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT OUR BAKERS RETAIL STORES

• We will gladly exchange or refund unworn non-clearance merchandise with the packing slip and original packaging within 30 days of the original packing slip. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.

• Take the merchandise along with the original packaging and this packing slip to the store.  To find the store nearest you, click on the Store Locator at www.BakersShoes.com.

• For returns made with a packing slip, your refund will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase.  You will need to have this card with you at the time of the return.

• Clearance merchandise priced $19.99 and under is Final Sale and may not be returned for refund or exchange.

STORE RETURNS WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP

We will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the current selling price on unworn footwear with original packaging without a packing slip.  Refunds will not be given on merchandise returned without a receipt after 30 days from original purchase.

RETURNS TO OUR WAREHOUSE

• Non-clearance merchandise must be returned unworn in the original packaging and shipping container within 30 days of the original packing slip. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.  Please note items that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you. 

• Contact us at 1-877-SHOEWEB (877.746.3932) to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to discuss the return shipping options.

• We can not process exchanges at the warehouse – only returns.  If you would like a different size, color, etc., place a new order online at www.BakersShoes.com or by phone at 1-877-SHOEWEB  (877.746-3932). 

• Refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase.  Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the credit to your card once we have received the items you are returning.   Based on your bank processing, it may take up to three (3) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

• Clearance merchandise priced $19.99 and under is Final Sale and may not be returned for refund or exchange.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING:

We do not refund or exchange Gift Cards, B Cards, clearance merchandise priced $19.99 and under or worn merchandise unless a manufacturer’s defect is determined.  Shipping charges are not refundable.   Refunds, exchanges or a merchandise credit will not be given on handbags or accessories without a valid packing slip.

NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

It is BAKERS policy to not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
