Returns & Exchanges

Bakers Return Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund (in the same form as original payment) unworn non-clearance merchandise with the packing slip and original packaging within 30 days of the original packing slip. All handbag, accessory and apparel  refunds must have the original tags attached to the merchandise as when sold.

1. Your refund will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase.

2. Clearance merchandise ending in a $.98 price point before discounts is Final Sale and may not be returned for a refund or exchange.

3. All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged even if they are not clearance price.

4. Merchandise must be returned unworn in the original packaging and shipping container within 30 days of the original packing slip

5. Both items purchased under Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions must be returned for a refund.

6. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Bakers does not cover return shipping charges.

8. Retail Stores DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased online.

Contact us at 1-314-641-0381 to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to discuss the return shipping options. Please note that RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued.

Bakers Return Policy (For Store Purchases)

  • A receipt is required for all merchandise returns.

  • Refunds can only be issued for merchandise which is returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.

  • Refunds are issued in the original method of payment.

  • Merchandise accompanied with a gift receipt can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value.

  • Only UNWORN/SELLABLE merchandise is returnable.

  • Only handbags, accessories, and apparel with original tags attached are returnable.

  • Clearance merchandise is non-refundable.
